Shannon Kip

I’m a dedicated kinesiologist with nearly five years of experience helping clients recover from workplace injuries and return to meaningful functional activity. I graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in human kinetics and began my career in Kamloops, BC, where I developed a strong foundation working in both OR1 and OR2 programs which are now known as the Customized Recovery and Return to Work Program (CRP).

Throughout my career I’ve worked extensively with individuals recovering from physical injuries focusing on active rehabilitation and return to work planning. I was also involved in the Vascular Improvement Program & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program through the City of Kamloops where I supported clients managing chronic conditions through guided movement and lifestyle change.

In July 2025 I relocated to Nanaimo, BC, to take on the role of Senior Kinesiologist in the CRP. My approach is rooted in functional movement and client centered care. I find real fulfillment in helping people regain their strength mobility and confidence after injury especially when it means they can return to work and daily life with greater independence.

When I’m not in the clinic you’ll often find me on the golf course. I believe that staying active should also be enjoyable and I bring that same philosophy into my work with clients.
