Roxana Lerin Chavez
Roxana completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at the University of British Columbia in 2019. She believes in the importance of a holistically healthy lifestyle, enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, and has competed in a variety of sports including swimming, triathlon, and CrossFit.
Roxana has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations ranging from kids age 6-12 to seniors. When she lived in the Okanagan, in addition to being a kinesiologist at a private clinic, she was a swimming coach for a Masters and a Juniors team. She is experienced working with people who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or at their workplace and creating a unique rehabilitation plan in order to overcome their injuries and successfully return back to their jobs and hobbies.
She believes in the importance of continued education in order to successfully provide the best care for her clients. For that reason, Roxana has completed a variety of certifications and courses including Level 1 Swimming and Triathlon coaching, Postural Assessment, Athletic Taping, Plant Based Sport Nutrition among others.
