She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2025, following a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2023. Her academic training and clinical experiences have shaped a well-rounded, evidence-informed approach to rehabilitation.
Mackenzie enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions by combining hands-on therapy with active exercise to optimize long term recovery and reducing the risk of re-injury. Her background in strength training, running, and outdoor activity has shaped her belief that movement is a powerful tool for health and quality of life. She works with clients to create practical, individualized plans that build skills that translate into everyday life. She is committed to empowering clients by helping them understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and develop skills they need to do the things they love.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys running, training in the gym, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. Raised in the Okanagan, she feels most at home near a lake and can often be found by one on a sunny day, recharging and embracing her active lifestyle!
