Cara Pattison
I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology from Vancouver Island University in 2021 and have dedicated my career to helping individuals move better, recover stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. With a strong foundation in exercise science and rehabilitation, I combine evidence-based practice with a supportive, client-centered approach tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
My professional experience includes post-offer employment testing, transit mobility assessments, and return-to-work support services through WorkSafe BC. These opportunities have allowed me to work with a wide variety of individuals, from those recovering from workplace injuries to those adapting to new physical demands, always with a focus on safe and sustainable progress.
I have also collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support complex cases involving mental health, physical injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. These experiences have reinforced the importance of teamwork and holistic care, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded strategies for both physical recovery and overall well-being.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that movement is transformative. I am passionate about designing goal-oriented programs that reduce pain, improve function, and build confidence in daily life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, and keeping busy with my son.
